Vaccinations
At The Path Home Veterinary Care, we consider vaccinations a key to keeping your pet healthy.
If you have a new puppy in your family, we start our young patients on a booster series of vaccines. As they grow into adults, we transition their vaccine schedule into two- and three-year immunization series. Current information shows that many vaccinations provide coverage for more than a year, which makes protection from those conditions easier to maintain. To make it convenient and affordable, we bundle our vaccines into our Wellness Plans and vaccinate our patients on a case-by-case basis.
The core group of vaccines we administer for canines include:
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Hepatitis
- Leptospirosis
- Parvovirus
For felines, the vaccines we administer include:
- Rabies
- Feline rhinotracheitis and calicivirus
- Panleukopenia
There are additional vaccines necessary for your feline family member, depending on his or her lifestyle, against the following conditions:
- Feline leukemia
