Homepage Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients, we operate by appointment only. Because we are mobile, most appointments are scheduled in advance, however we do try to allow time each day for established patients to be seen on short term notice if need be. By nature of being mobile, our clinic incurs some unique scheduling challenges. We cannot always predict traffic and road conditions. In addition, we try to be sure each patient has been thoroughly examined and treated and all questions answered before moving to our next appointment. Which is why we schedule our appointments in 1 hour time-blocks. Occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each of you on time! Because we come into your home, pets are generally less anxious. Anxious pets do better with us because there is less anxiety than travelling to a clinic, our clinic (your home) is not moving, and the "waiting" room is empty.

It is extremely important to us that you bring your pet safely into our clinic (your home). We ask that all dogs be on a leash and cats in a carrier or small bathroom when we arrive. Cats have a sneaky way of hiding for their appointments! Chasing cats around your home at the time of your appointment if not done ahead of time will result in scared and anxious cats.

We do ask for 48 hours notice of rescheduling or cancellation of appointments.
